Gary Ansell is an insight catalyst. He is passionate about using unexpected thinking and play (3D method) to help people plan or think. Gary believes that imagination and intuition empower and enrich the reason and logic we normally use. His 3D method creates a safe and playful environment for complete freedom of expression and hands-on experience.
The power of play in business became apparent to Gary when he led a 3D workshop for farm workers who had recently become farm owners. In only two hours these men gained the entrepreneurship mindset they needed and became aware of skills they already possessed for running their new farm.
Gary’s unique 3D method and his intuitive input quickly identify company challenges because they overcome conventional brainstorming and planning problems in a relaxed, non-threatening environment.
The visual and sensory aspects of 3D make rediscovering unique talents much easier. The “hamster on the thought-treadmill” in your head leaps off and can see more clearly which path to take.
For 20 years Gary has been consulting, coaching and conducting seminars on creative strategic visioning, possibility search and the power of play. His working career also includes law, financial planning, retail and corporate management, and running a not-for-profit drama group aimed at healing and reconciliation in a troubled apartheid South Africa
Gary is a Canadian accredited Meyers-Brigg personality type practitioner.
